Sentiero is founded by Jeanine Jiganti, a nationally respected board director and former Fortune 50 executive with decades of experience leading through regulatory complexity, enterprise risk, and organizational transformation. Jiganti has more than 30 years of broad-based experience in multi-channel retail, technology and healthcare—including kidney care and primary care clinics, pharmacies, drug development, labs, value-based care and CROs—most recently serving as Chief Regulatory Legal Officer at Walmart and Chief Compliance Officer at DaVita. She currently serves on the State Universities Retirement System Board of Trustees, appointed by the Governor of Illinois.

At Walmart, Jiganti played a key leadership role in developing testing centers and launching a robust vaccine business during a critical time for the country. She also led discussions at the board level.  At DaVita, she led the transformation of the company’s relationship with the government, resolving major investigations and building a work-class compliance program. Her work also included engagement in quarterly board meetings and serving as a Compliance and Audit committee member.

Her consulting projects include working with PatientPoint to provide strategic regulatory advice to position the company for the future. She is an investor and advisor to Craxel, a revolutionary tech company that solves one of the largest barriers to enterprise adoption of AI with its new indexing algorithm that can organize any kind of data with extraordinary speed and efficiency at scale.  Other corporate projects include advising on organizational design, evaluating leadership, and assessing the viability of new investments.
